Ingredientes

  • 3 Eggs
  • 80 g Unsalted Butter
  • 540 g All-Purpose Flour
  • 120 g Honey
  • 170 g Granulated Sugar
  • 18 g Baking Soda
  • 500 g Mascarpone Cheese
  • 500 ml Heavy Cream
  • 140 g Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract

Elaboración paso a paso

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a heatproof bowl, whisk together the eggs, butter, sugar, and honey. Place the bowl over a pot of simmering water and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture is warm and the butter is melted. Remove from heat and stir in the baking soda. Gradually add the flour and mix until a sticky dough forms. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and roll each portion into a thin circle. Bake for 5-7 minutes until lightly golden. Repeat with the remaining dough.
  • In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream until slightly thickened. Add the powdered sugar and continue beating until semi-stiff peaks form. In another bowl, beat the mascarpone cheese and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined.
  • Place one biscuit layer on a serving plate and spread a thin layer of the cream filling on top. Repeat with the remaining layers, finishing with a layer of cream on top. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
  • Optional: Decorate the cake with the reserved biscuit crumbs and additional toppings of your choice. Serve chilled and enjoy!
